Welcome to the Briddge Academy!


Why the Academy was founded

At the moment we have a team of approximately 100 people, and we have reached a point where will enter into a new phase of the company in order to allow us to keep growing and developing, both for you as an individual and for Briddge as a company. 

We see a need for a more efficient way to work together, both within teams and across teams, for an easier way to find and share information and for more insight into what we are doing and how we are doing.

An infrastructure that allows each Briddge team member to excel in their work and provide high quality services and advice that adds value to our clients, while doing so in a cost-effective manner. We believe that an organization that is built to bring out the best in you, will bring the best to our clients.

Jurren de Groot

Jurren is partner at Bridge and has been helping companies with their internatonal business expansion for over 15 years. At Bridge, his main focus is on creating sustainable growth for the company, which touches all levels of the organization. From this perspective, Jurren has played a key role in the Bridge 2.0 project, with a particular focus on our product catalogue, the way we communicate both internally and externally (such as via e-mails and tasks) and how we manage our documents. Besides that, he is also still involved with Business Development activities as well as other day-to-day activities within the company.

Senior Instructor

Peter Groot

Peter Groot has worked with Briddge in several roles. He has been head of internal administration since 2012 and head of team international payroll since 2015. In 2018 he has taken on the role of business controller, to help the company focus on long term development. Behind the scenes he has taken the lead in redesigning many processes and assisting key-users and consultants in shaping Briddge 2.0. Peter is responsible for the overall coherence, quality, and usability of the ERP system.

Dick Pouw

With over twenty years of experience as a 'change agent' in the field of customer care, ICT and Business Intelligence, you can safely say: I know the playing field inside out. As an interim consultant, I facilitate management and boards in strategy formulation and offer opportunities to work towards a data-driven organization that moves smoothly along with customer expectations. I offer change programs and coach management and employees so that they become fully data literate. In this way, together we lift customer focus to a higher level.

  • The course platform does not allow me to continue with the course, what can I do?

    This happens for several reasons. You have not completed a lesson by clicking 'Complete & Continue', you have skipped lessons, you have not watched the video lessons in their entirety, you have not submitted an assignment, or your assignment has not been approved. Please consider the following scenarios before sending us an email for support.

  • I'm unable to login, what can I do?

  • I have a question regarding the material, to whom can I go?

    The Bridge Community is designed for discussing course topics and submitting direct questions to instructors. Please visit your community in the 'Dashboard' section.

Questions & support

The Briddge Community is a platform within the Academy where you can interact with each other, discuss course materials or ask each other questions. Teachers will be actively participating in the Community and make frequent visits to the forum to respond to queries and contribute to the ongoing conversation.
